Increase Circulation

We’ve said it time and again. A good blood supply is a key factor in obtaining good health. Without adequate blood flow, you cannot expect your body to perform at its best. Remember that the circulatory system works in unison with your vital organs to promote cell growth and organ function. Proper blood supply also ensures that your skin is able to fight off bacteria and infection and that your blood pressure is neither too high nor too low. With so many benefits to be gained, you have to understand how you can increase your circulation in the best way possible.

Ways to Boost Circulation

If you want to improve your circulation, you need to improve oxygen levels in your blood first. This is why exercising is always a component of any goal to achieve good blood flow. When you work those muscles, you are actually increasing your aerobic activity, which in turn amps your blood circulation.

Improving your circulation will benefit virtually every process in your body and is particularly important for your lymphatic system, an extension of your circulatory and immune systems. The lymphatic system transports a clear, watery fluid known as lymph, which drains fluids from your cells and tissues as well as distributes immune cells throughout your body. Since your lymphatic system does not have a heart to pump lymph, you’ll need to exercise to circulate said fluid throughout your body.

Applying Sweet Sweat to targeted areas during your workout helps improve the circulation of energy, oxygen and nutrients to the exercising muscles while removing waste products more rapidly.* Aside from exercising, you also need to watch your diet and make sure that you are consuming enough lean protein (e.g. chicken, turkey breast, fatty fish, etc.), incorporating high quantities of vegetables, and limiting your intake of starchy and sugary foods.

A Winning Formula to Good Circulation

Developed by three-time national champion at the University of Southern California (USC) and Chicago Cubs draftee Jeff Pedersen, Sweet Sweat is designed to substantially improve circulation, accelerate warm up and recovery time, and help everyone maximize their workouts.
